Your Review: I just recived the saw today as promised and Norwalk Power treated me excellent in coming through in every regard and more. Your customer service in responding to my order was timely and honest. I had a little trouble in getting the saw to start at first, but once started the saw cut up a partial grapple load of oak logs, 18-24 inch in diameter and it did the job to my satisfaction, no complaints at all.
