Shipping your order in a timely fashion is very high on our priority list. Orders are usually shipped within five days of being placed and we strive for same day or next day shipping. Some replacement parts can take longer as our warehouse does not stock all replacement parts for all brands, we strive to keep the popular parts in stock for most major brands that we represent. If there is a manufacturer backorder, we will contact you about the availability of items on backorder. We primarily use UPS for shipping, in rare cases we use USPS (Postal Service). All orders are safely wrapped and ready to travel. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be entered on Monday. We are closed all major holidays. Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Average delivery time is 4-6 business days depending where you live. UPS Ground is not guaranteed to arrive within this allotted time.
